Dopo l’indulto le rapine in banca sono raddoppiate. Immagino che per il ministro della Giustizia, Clemente Mastella, questo dato sia parte della «campagna mediatica di rara virulenza e spregiudicatezza, fatta per guadagnarsi gli applausi delle curve» e per accreditare la «faziosa, ingiusta equazione, secondo la quale l’indulto avrebbe significato maggiore criminalità e maggiore delinquenza». ... Nel 2006 in Italia si sono verificate 8,7 rapine ogni 100 sportelli per un totale di 2.774 eventi (+ 1,4% rispetto al 2005), ovvero la metà degli assalti bancari avvenuti in tutta Europa. Nella regione Emilia-Romagna i dati aggiornati allo scorso mese di giugno indicano un continuo aumento del fenomeno di oltre il 6% (dati Osservatorio Fiba Cisl). Questi sono alcuni dei dati emersi dal convegno “La sicurezza in banca, le proposte del sindacato” che si è svolto oggi, venerdì 12 ottobre, presso la Cisl di Bologna. Gli organizzatori, Cgil – Cisl – Uil dell’Emilia-Romagna e le relative federazioni di categoria dei lavoratori di banca, è da diversi anni che seguono il preoccupante fenomeno ed hanno messo a confronto i vari soggetti interessati al tema. Alla tavola rotonda erano presenti tra gli altri il senatore Giuliano Barbolini, presentatore di un apposito disegno di legge, il procuratore di Bologna Enrico Di Nicola, Marco Iaconis per l’ABI, Alessandro Spaggiari per le organizzazioni sindacali. “Il fenomeno delle rapine agli sportelli bancari aumenta anche in questi primi mesi del 2007 come avviene dal 2002 – ha affermato Alessandro Spaggiari della Fiba/Cisl nazionale - con modalità spesso traumatiche che aumentano le preoccupazioni dei lavoratori del credito e delle organizzazioni sindacali. ...
