ONU/RICONOSCIMENTO NGO DEL PARTITO RADICALE 21 giugno 1995 SOMMARIO: Si riportano qui di seguito (A, B, C) un messaggio di Marino Busdachin, da New York, e il suo comunicato stampa sul riconoscimento del Partito radicale Transnazionale come ONG delkle NU. Si inserisce anche, alla fine, la prima reazione della stampa internazionale, significativamente proveniente dalla Croazia. A) appunto di Marino Busdachin per la conferenza segreteria e per Marco Pannella Come avrete saputo Il Partito Radicale e’stato riconosciuto come Organizzazione Non Governativa con Status consultivo presso l’ONU al massimo livello possibile e cioe’ la Categoria I. Il Partito radicale e’ stato riconosciuto con la denominazione : TRANSNATIONAL RADICAL PARTY - A NONVIOLENT, TRANSDIVISIONAL CROSS-PARTY ORGANIZATION. Seguono 2 note esplicative su cio’ che comporta lo Status NGO dell’ONU e sul lavoro della Commissione Ecosoc preposta a valutare il nostro riconoscimento. Nota 1. ORGANIZZAZIONI NON GOVERNAMENTALI CON STATUS CONSULTIVO PRESSO IL CONSIGLIO ECONOMICO E SOCIALE (ECOSOC) DELLE NAZIONI UNITE. Nell’ ambito dello Statuto Ecosoc dell’ONU viene data la possibilita’di riconoscimento a 3 Categorie. a) Categoria I - Le 42 Organizzazioni riconosciute, oltre a poter essere sentite su convocazione del Segretario generale dell’ONU, hanno facoltà di presentare all’ECOSOC proposte di risoluzione particolari e generali, che possono, in ultima ipotesi, essere discusse nelle Commissioni dell’Assemblea Generale e financo essere affrontate dall’Assemblea stessa.
